Best. Car name. Ever.
And those lines... So crisp, so clean. It’s like Japan saw the Cadillac and made it better...
It’s like some sort of alternate universe American car, as if the Japanese bubble era happened to America instead... And that rear end looks amazing!
It’s even got a V8! This is sort of what I imagine malaise-era American cars would be like if they didn’t suck... I want this car. I want it bad, for reasons I can’t quite explain. Too bad it costs almost ten grand not counting shipping costs and I can barely afford to keep my own car running...
And the interior... Again, it’s like if American Malaise cars were actually good...
It’s just beautiful... I... I...

Fantastic car, seriously very cool. If I wasn’t living in California, it would make a wonderful daily driver.
That rear overhang is no joke though. I imagine myself thumping it every time I go into or out of my driveway.

As someone who drives a car with a similarly large rear overhang, it is a definite concern. You just have to imagine the rear end stretching several feet further behind you than you can see, and eventually you get used to the gargantuan proportions. It does mean you get a massive trunk at least. I bet you could rent that Nissan’s trunk out as an apartment...

I had to get an 80s Town Car towed one time, took the driver forever to figure out how to get it on the flat bed, couldn’t handle the angle. And that was nothing compared to the overhangs pre-downsizing big cars had.

Looks like the spawn of a love fest between a Mercedes, Toyota Crown, Maybe some late 70s Mopar and some Peugeot in the mix as well. I love it, and wasn't aware it was a thing, or if I was it is long forgotten.

I have no idea what I would do about one of those old 50's Cadillacs... I always half expect those to handle like a rear-engined car because the rear stretches so far beyond the wheels... They do look fantastic, though.

It’s so strange, I feel like it’s imitating American cars but at the same time, American cars of the time were like the crappy off-brand versions of this Nissan...
